RADIO GAGA DOES “GUITAR HERO” TUNES
Radio Ga Ga had a scroll through the tunes that have made it onto the Guitar Hero playlist and thought….why the hell not!!
Guitar Hero is a series of video games first published in 2005 in which players use a guitar-shaped game controller to simulate playing various guitar parts across numerous rock songs. Players match notes that scroll on-screen to colored buttons on the controller, strumming the controller in time to the music in order to score points, and keep the virtual audience excited. The games attempt to mimic many features of playing a real guitar. After starting with some fairly poxy cover versions of hit songs eventually the game makers reverted to the original and best versions and this week on RGG we are going to play some of the more unusual tracks to make it onto the playlist.
Guns & Roses, Billy Idol, Bon Jovi, Blink 182, not too many surprises there but who would have thought that Heart, Pat Benatar, Duran Duran and Johnny Cash would also make the cut???….sound interesting?…tune in from 10am on Saturday morning to hear the lot!!
