Walking Away on Radio Ga Ga this week

Radio Ga Ga features a different theme each week and this Saturday between 10am and noon the theme is walking songs.

Not songs that are good to walk to but actual songs about walking. Some of the tunes that will feature include “I’m Walkin” by Ricky Nelson (1957), These Boots Were Made For Walkin’  by NancySinatra (1966), Walking On The Moon by The Police (1979), Walk Like An Egyptian by The Bangles (1986) and Walk Away by Kelly Clarkson (2006) so as you can see, no era is forgotten on Radio Ga Ga.
