Upload Guidlines:

Only audio previously broadcast on 88.3 Southern FM is allowed – unless authorised by a Board member
The audio should open with the start of the prescribed content, ie NRN News or any other content prior should be edited out
Audio file should be in MP3 format
Quality should be at least 128Kbs
The filename must only contain letters and numbers – no non-alphanumeric characters such as #?/[ ] etc
No spaces in the filename, you can however use dashes “-” instead of spaces
Prefix the filename with the initials of your show name
For example: PH-Jimmy-Barnes-Interview-Nov-2022-Part-1.mp3
Select your podcast file and then click ‘Upload File’ to start uploading your file.
