The tremendous growth in education in Afghanistan (900,000 in 2001 (5 % ) of all school aged children) to 3.5 Million in 2003 and upwards since.  Teacher education and training challenge.  Getting girls to attend school and onto secondary school, and enlisting women teachers for all 34 provinces and districts a continuing challenge.

Fatigue management of Australian Special Forces a concern, as well as high percentage on multiple tours of duty (some on fifth).
