Punch Lane

Punch Lane’s philosophy on food is to use the best fresh seasonal produce available; the ever-changing menu is always celebrating and exploring what each season has to offer.

Both Martin Pirc and Martin Webb bring an array of experience, knowledge and passion to Punch Lane.

Martin Pirc has played a large part in Melbourne’s eating and drinking scene for the past 24 years and in the early 90s, was greatly influenced by Donlevy Fitzpatrick. He remains as passionate about Punch Lane and the future for the CBD.

Punch Lane’s philosophy on food is to use the best fresh seasonal produce available; the ever-changing menu is always celebrating and exploring what each season has to offer.

Martin Webb’s background is international having established and managed Sir Terence Conran’s Quaglino’s Restaurant in London. He was also the driving force behind Melbourne’s Georges Department Store’s restaurant and food operations and went on to set up and run The Mansion Hotel at Werribee Park before heading back to London to create Loco, a small group of restaurants.
