As always, the first half of the show is focused on a theme with all songs related, with John pulling out the odd surprise and even occasionally leaving you wondering what the next track maybe.

The music always spans across several decades, and usually several genres too!

The second half the show starts off with health and wellbeing, where there is either a personal wellbeing tip or a leader of a recommended community group interviewed between two very themed songs

John then leads up to midday, with his popular “Guess that Year”.

But we warned, John does occasionally slip in some of the best, or worst, puns you will hear!
