What’s on ‘Built For Speed’ Friday 12th January 2018

As we head into movie award season there are some powerhouse dramas hitting our cinema screens.  This week ‘Built For Speed’ takes a look at two historical dramas involving political crises and war: ‘The Post’ which recalls the Pentagon Papers scandal and ‘Darkest Hour’ which depicts Winston Churchill’s tumultuous time as British Prime Minister in the early part of the Second World War. We also have many fine tunes for you with rock classics and alternative favourites from across the decades and a selection of new tracks.  Don’t forget our regular preview of gigs and TV for the week.  Check out ‘Built For Speed’, Friday 8-10pm on 88.3 Southern FM.
