What’s on Built For Speed: Friday 16th September 2011
This week on Built for Speed we play music from New York, particulary the legendary bands from the initial wave of punk such as The Ramones, Blondie and Television. We also venture further back to hear The Velvet Underground and The New York Dolls and check out contemporary artists susch as The National and LCD Soundsystem. We also review two recent Australian film releases: Eye of the Storm and Face to Face. If that’s not enough we look at upcoming gigs and tv for the week. Check out Built for Speed, Friday 8pm -10pm on 88.3 Southern FM.
