The SECA season came to a crushing finale for some and glorious triumph for others with the grand finals played out this weekend. The SECA panel got together at the half way stage only to find out that some games had been completed already. SECA CRICKET FINALS SERIES LIVE BROADCAST ON SOUTHERN FM

The culmination of the South East Cricket Association season is in the air and 88.3 will be there to cover the lot starting this weekend with our coverage of the preliminary final between Mackie and Bentleigh ANA who face off to win the right to challenge powerhouse Bentleigh Uniting in the grand final the following weekend. The broadcast starts at high noon on Saturday with a match preview in the lead up to the contest. There will be score updates from other finals grounds throughout each days play as well. Stream it, iphone it or put it on your wireless to hear the ball by ball call from Southern FM’s team over the next two weekends Saturday’s and Sunday’s from noon until 6pm. Don’t miss a ball!!!

SECA PODCAST # 20 SEMI FINAL

Finals fever is alive in SECA cricket and the semi final round kicked off this weekend. The SECA panel show from Sunday morning is here and available to hear with a click of the play button. Next weekend, the SECA Longmuir Shield preliminary final will be broadcast from 12 noon with ball by ball coverage, scores from around the grounds and other fun stuff.

The last day of the home and away season bought about all sorts of carnage with teams falling out or charging into the top four in their grades and looking forward to finals contests next week. The SECA panel were across everything (nearly) and with help from SECA Exec Mark Rainey also announced the finals venues and match ups.
