Zoot was a pioneering Australian band & arguably the first consistent hard rock Oz band basing their style on a chunky riff sound. Starting out as a pop group who went on to score a number of chart hits, Zoot then radically altered their style which by this time included members: Darryl Cotton, Rick Springfield, Rick Brewer & Beeb Birtles.
