This week on Radio Ga Ga our theme will take on a bit of class with that rarest of rock instruments….the violin. Whilst used rarely in rock music it always makes fr an interesting track as you will hear this Saturday morning from 10am. Bands who did manage to find a way to incorporate the beautiful sound of a well played stradivarius include The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Youngbloods, Bryan Ferry, John Cougar Mellencamp, Linda Ronstadt, ELO and The Velvet Underground.
