Meet Amanda from Windana

In this podcast from A Newsman and His Music, Colin Tyrus is chatting with Amanda Mack from Windana. The organisation helps people who are struggling with mental health, family violence and alcohol and other drug issues across the southeast. Windana supports young people, adults, and families through a variety of services.

Amanda Mack is the manager of Windana’s abstinence-based dayhab program called ResetLife for people aged under 25 and older adults. The ResetLife program also provides supports to the family. Windana also holds community information sessions on alcohol and other drugs. It runs art therapy, music and movement sessions and SMART Recovery too.
