Supergroups on Radio Ga Ga 16/04/11
In 1966 when 21 year old guitar wiz Eric Clapton from the Yardbirds joined with Jack Bruce from Manfred Mann & Ginger Baker from The Graham Bond Organisation to form the band Cream, the supergroup was born. On Saturday the 16th of April 2011 Radio Ga Ga will feature two hours of music from supergroups. We will of course feature the music of Cream aswell as other well known supergroups Travelling Wilburies, Power Station, Bad English and more.
