Radio Ga Ga presents the Break Out Debuts
Saturdays edition of RGG sees us focusing on the significant break out tracks that started the legends. Some burned brightly but briefly after their amazing arrival (think The Knack, Asia, Thunderclap Newman, Procol Harum), whilst for others it was the beginning of a long stay at the top (think Dire Straits, America, REM, Frankie Goes To Hollywood). Horse with no name, More than a feeling, Rock Lobster, California Dreaming and Just what I needed) are just some of the tunes that will feature as we showcase the great debutants, the acts who busted out of the blocks with something significant, regardless of where it took them afterwards.
